Purpose


Operations Management and Supply Chain Management (O/SCM) have been among the most important fields to business education and practice in the world. Nowadays, O/SCM are not relevant to manufacturing companies, but also to service and public service organizations.

In the era where customers incrasingly need products and services with better quality, lower price, more flexibility, and quicker responses, the role of O/SCM is immense.

This conference is intended to provide academics and practitioners with a forum to exchange ideas on research, teaching, and practice of operations and supply chain management. The conference is expected to promote better communication and joint efforts among practitioners and academics in the Asia Pacific region as well as those from other parts of the world.

The theme of the conference is The Role of O/SCM in promoting smarter use of global resources.


Topic of interests

We will provide the authors with a flexibility to present either fully refereed or non-refereed papers. In the non-refereed case, we will review only the abstracts and the authors may or may not submit full papers.
